We are delighted to welcome Dr Jaco Swanepoel to the Ex Mente team. He is an experienced engineer with a proven track record in research and process development.

Jaco is a chemical engineer who earned his bachelor’s degree from the North-West University, and his honours, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pretoria. He started his career at the CSIR, where his research focussed on developing a titanium metal powder production process. This was also the topic of his Ph.D. and he holds several patents in this field. He subsequently moved to the University of Nottingham, where he gained further experience in commercial process development.
