Abstract
A strong understanding of fundamental theories and novel technologies is crucial for skilled professionals in areas like engineering and information technology. Universities need to balance these demands to prepare graduates for a dynamic job market. This is done through adopting an agile curriculum framework that involves regular updates and collaboration with industry professionals. Furthermore, emphasising effective communication, collaboration, and interdisciplinary approaches will help students adapt to complex challenges and uncertainties in their future careers.
